Private customers who are taxable abroad receive an income statement for their capital assets. This is required for securities investments held in a custody account at Schoellerbank.
This unique Austrian service is highly valued by our international clients because it provides a clearer overview of their personal investments in the respective country.
Since the introduction of the ‘Common Reporting Standard Act (CRS)’ in 2014, this service has increased transparency for both clients and banks alike.

Against the backdrop of increasingly complex capital income taxation systems, Schoellerbank focuses its services on Austrian private foundations.
Schoellerbank provides an annual foundation report for self-benefiting private foundations that have submitted a KESt exemption declaration in accordance with Section 94 (12) of the Austrian Income Tax Act (EStG). If the private foundation you manage has a securities account with Schoellerbank, this report will provide you with the relevant tax information. This information can be entered directly into the key figures of the corporation tax return.
Thus, the foundation report can thus replace a routine task that is often tedious and very time-consuming for you and your advisor at a very low cost!
