Schoellerbank again achieves top ratings in bank tests

The “Handelsblatt Elite Report” ranks Schoellerbank among the “elite” asset managers in German-speaking countries and has underlined its outstanding market position for two decades now

On November 27, the “Handelsblatt Elite Report” awarded prizes to the leading asset managers in German-speaking countries for the 22nd time in Salzburg. In the current test season, a total of 372 providers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein were examined in detail. 54 asset managers were rated as “recommendable” in the most comprehensive bank test in the German-speaking world. Among them are 43 German addresses, seven are based in Austria, four in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Schoellerbank was once again honored and has been among the “elite” of asset managers for two decades. This is proof of its consistently good work, as Schoellerbank has achieved the absolute top rating with the highest score for eleven years in a row.

The US business magazine “Global Finance” awarded Schoellerbank “Best Private Bank in Austria” for the tenth time in a row

The renowned US magazine “Global Finance” has once again recognized Schoellerbank as the best private bank in Austria in its current edition of the “World's Best Private Banks Awards 2025”. This is the tenth time in a row that Schoellerbank has received this award. The recognition confirms the bank's continuous excellence in the area of wealth management and its ability to meet the individual needs of wealthy clients. The selection was made by the editors of “Global Finance” in collaboration with industry experts. Schoellerbank was named “Best Private Bank in Austria 2024” by the Austrian financial magazine “Börsianer”

The Austrian financial magazine “Börsianer” selected the country's best financial companies for the tenth time. In the last test period, 186 financial companies from six sectors were nominated, including 49 banks. The award is determined using a three-pillar scoring model (1st peer group, 2nd key figures, 3rd editorial team) based on qualitative and quantitative methods and evaluated by the business and tax consultancy firm BDO Austria. The aim of the ranking is to give customers of banks, insurance companies, stock and fund companies as well as pension and provident funds an overview of the best companies in Austria in the industry.

Schoellerbank was named “Best Private Bank in Austria 2024” and was able to further expand its leading position among the best private banks on the “Börsianer Wall of Fame” with a total of eight awards.
