Schoellerbank was once again named the best private bank in Austria by the Handelsblatt Elite Report, achieving the absolute top result for the eleventh year in a row. The best award for us, however, is the satisfaction of our customers. The renowned US financial magazine Global Finance, headquartered in New York, also honored the best private banks at the "Worlds Best Private Banks Awards". Schoellerbank was named "Best Private Bank in Austria" for the eighth year in a row.
For the first time since the pandemic, we can personally welcome our customers to a Mediterranean summer party again.
Many investors want to know how their returns are generated and which activities are supported with their investment. In this context, ethical and ecological criteria are becoming increasingly important. The Schoellerbank Vorsorgefonds was awarded with the Austrian Ecolabel.
Schoellerbank is celebrating another milestone birthday - this time the 180th anniversary and is once again voted the best private bank in the German-speaking world by the Elite Report of the Handelsblatt.
On our 175th anniversary, the history of "175 years Schoellerbank: The story of a family - the story of a bank" was published in a jubilee brochure.
Even in the year of the financial market crisis, the German Elite Report once again confirmed Schoellerbank with a “summa cum laude”.

Merger of Schoellerbank with Salzburger Kredit- und Wechselbank (SKWB)
Founding of the fund company Schoellerbank Invest AG in Salzburg, which continuously launches our most renowned funds, such as:
• 1995: Austria's first pension fund that invests exclusively in currencies outside the EMU (Schoellerbank Euro Alternative)
• 1998: first fund of funds in Austria (All World)
• 2002: First Austrian fund with inflation protection (Schoellerbank Realzins Plus)
• 2005: Schoellerbank Zinsstruktur Plus, first fund in Austria, which invests in structured interest rate products.
Schoellerbank Vermögensverwaltung is launched on December 31st.
